The town game

Okay this is a game where you can build your own town, customiise it, populate it then savage the neighbours, steal their villige, build an empire, and then whatch it fall right before your very eyes due to corrupt polititions

OK, now it's Tribal Wars or Ikariam meets Sims and SPORE. Sounds interesting, but still unoriginal.
